Frequent Asked Questions:

Q: Who do I contact on questions about the book, Journey Beyond Reason?

A: Write to Peggy Lakin at littlel@zoominternet.net

Q. Where can I order your book?

A. The book can be ordered through eBookstand. There is a link on the home page or you can log on to http://www.ebookstand.com/m/peggylakin/

Q. Do you send the books out yourself?

A. Not at this time. I am considering setting up a PayPal account in the future though for anyone who might want to order a signed book.

Q. How long did it take you to write your book?

A. From the time I sat down with the objective of actually putting it all together until the final page it was probably three months. I had been saving information for about three years and have been following the JonBenet Ramsey case in particular since the day I heard about her murder. I chose the Valerie Percy and Matthew Margolies cases because of my association with the forum Crime and Justice. These are just two of the hundreds of cases discussed there.

Q. What made you decide to write a book?

A. There were several reasons for this. One thing was the fact that I had become painfully aware of how many victims of violent crime there are. Another reason was a realization that cases become so fragmented that it is difficult to remember just who the victim is and what their lives were about.

Q. Are you working on any more books?

A. Working on might be misleading. I have several ideas and lots of documentation, however, as of right now nothing is being put into book form.

Q. Where did you gather your information?

A. The information is almost entirely from the internet. Although I have used several books for information, most everything in the book comes from an internet source be it some form or archive or from the many true crime forums such as ACandyRose web site. I also gained a lot of insight from some net friends with whom I correspond by email.
